1. How long does delivery take?
Delivery across Saudi Arabia takes 2–3 business days. Remote areas may take an additional 1–2 days.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer FREE shipping on all orders within Saudi Arabia.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders nationwide.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
5. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
6. What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 7–14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
7. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 24–48 hours with photos or video proof. We will replace the product or issue a refund.
